Job summary

Revecore is seeking a Health Claims Specialist to bill and investigate health insurance claims for hospitals and providers. You will research commercial health, Medicare, and Medicaid claims, perform follow-up to secure payments, and support denial reports and audits. Training lasts 8–10 business days with instructor-led, interactive activities. Remote work is available.

Proficiency in EPIC and Microsoft Office, plus the ability to multitask across screens in a fast-paced setting, are required.

Qualifications

• Has experience researching and resolving claims for commercial health, Medicare, and Medicaid
• Knows how to file UB04s and 1500 HCFA's with subrogation information to payers for payment
• Familiar with billing health insurance as part of auto accidents
• Conducts timely follow-up activities to determine claim status and collect/resolve the claim
• Has experience working in EPIC
• Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Possess the ability to work on multiple screens and software applications simultaneously
• Can maintain strong performance in a fast-paced environment with productivity metrics

Responsibilities

• Bill and investigate health insurance claims to maximize payment for clients
• Follow up on unresolved claims to facilitate payment
• Contribute to denial reports, audits, and overall team support
