Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Three years of relevant experience in healthcare or public health.
• Experience with quality improvement and program development.
• Proficiency in project management, budgets, timelines, and communication.
• Ability to engage clinical audiences to influence care improvement.

Responsibilities

• Drive implementation of quality improvement projects across sites per guidelines.
• Provide consultation and support via learning cohorts to identify improvement strategies.
• Create process maps to understand current care delivery and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure resources and sustainability of the project.
• Communicate progress to management and stakeholders, ensuring on-time deliverables.
