AppleOne Employment Services is seeking Remote Call Center Representatives for a contract Open Enrollment project supporting Marketplace inquiries. This customer support role is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping people, explaining information clearly, and delivering accurate service in a structured call center environment.

You will assist individuals, families, and authorized representatives with questions, applications, eligibility, enrollment guidance, updates, and other Marketplace

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to explain information clearly.
• Comfortable working in a structured remote call center environment.
• Ability to navigate computer systems and document call details accurately.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls following policies and privacy standards.
• Assist with applications, eligibility questions, enrollment support, and updates.
• Document inquiries and outcomes in required systems.
• Process life event changes and enrollment period requests.
• Coordinate materials and translation services when needed.
• Escalate complex calls and participate in training sessions.
