Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in Call Center or Customer Service handling public inquiries.
• Knowledge/experience of medical terminology, patient billing, healthcare insurance and/or healthcare administration preferred.
• Flexibility in scheduling including evenings and Saturdays.
• Remote work eligible; must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Make and answer calls in the client’s name to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Respond to information requests from patients/account holders in a professional, thorough manner.
• Follow client-specific protocols and policies when performing duties.
