You will collaborate with IT and product teams, develop test plans, and document requirements. The role requires 5+ years of experience, US citizenship, ability to obtain security clearance, and up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience developing technical requirements for the implementation of new software.
• 2+ years experience developing test cases for implemented software.
• Experience in technical writing and software documentation, including the ability to interpret technical specification documents and derive clear requirements.
• Experience working as a liaison between IT professionals and operational stakeholders.
• Advanced understanding of database structures and data models, with ability to analyze system relationships across applications.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, translating between business needs and technical requirements.
• Evaluate and improve business processes, uncover requirements, assess alternatives.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements to drive architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Leadership, Engineering, and Architecture to define detailed technical requirements.
• Develop end-to-end test plans for epics/workstreams to validate delivery.
• Write and maintain program documentation and design communications.
