Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years experience with broker or carrier side focusing on health and benefits.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office.
• High understanding of employee benefits funding mechanisms.
• Familiar with carrier reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute competitive bidding of all employee benefits coverage lines.
• Prepare PowerPoints outlining financial and contractual analysis per policy.
• Review vendor proposals for accuracy.
• Collaborate with Data Consultants, Account Managers, and Producers to evaluate coverage options and plan design changes.
• Produce deliverables timely, accurately, and in compliance with company standards.
• Forecast and develop client budget projections.
