Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Health Insurance Sales Agent for a contract, fully remote role. You will handle inbound inquiries about ACA individual and family plans, identify client needs, and provide quotes via our quoting tools, delivering strong service to prospective members.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent), an active Life/Health license, and the ability to get appointed with multiple carriers. Flexible schedule, remote work, and a compensation package are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or 1-2 years related experience.
• Active Accident/Health Insurance License in your state of residency.
• Ability to get appointed as a licensed sales agent by multiple carriers or released if already appointed.
• Demonstrates proficiency with Sales systems.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls from individuals inquiring about ACA individual and/or family health plans.
• Identify clients’ needs and match solutions to those needs.
• Provide quotes using our sales systems and carrier quoting tools.
• Provide excellent customer service to include a positive relationship between prospective members and Gallagher.
