The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a call center, knowledge of Medicaid preferred, and a HS diploma (Associates degree preferred). Bilingual skills are a plus; the position offers training and opportunities for growth in a strong, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a call center environment required.
• Experience in health/human services and knowledge of Medicaid preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Associates Degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
