Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Remote Contact Center Representative to support a State of Colorado healthcare program. The role pays $25.67/hr with weekly pay and is fully remote for Colorado residents within 100 miles of Denver.

Start date is September 14th, with training provided and a Monday–Friday schedule. You will handle 25–40 inbound calls daily, assist with claims and benefits, and guide users through portals.

Qualifications

• 4.5+ years of call center or phone-based customer service experience.
• Strong empathy, patience and emotional intelligence.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Handle approximately 25-40 inbound calls per day.
• Assist customers with claims, benefits, account registration, and payment inquiries.
• Guide users through online portals, mobile applications, and document uploads.
• Provide compassionate support during sensitive and emotional situations.
• Verify caller information and document interactions in Salesforce.
• Troubleshoot account access and basic technical issues.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure complete and accurate resolution of customer concerns.
