Responsibilities

• Represent the health plan by answering and documenting all incoming contacts to determine their nature and respond to complex calls.
• Respond professionally to inquiries from internal and external customers, providing a high level of customer service.
• Initiate contact with appropriate personnel to obtain information relevant to member concerns or inquiries.
• Evaluate data to determine and implement the appropriate course of action to resolve complaints and coordinate service recovery.
• Document conversations with members according to procedure and follow established procedures to meet their needs.
