Job summary

The Health Benefits Risk Pool Account Executive at TX Health Benefits Pool is responsible for retaining membership by building strong relationships with the insured and brokers, and for leading pre-renewal discussions and renewal negotiations.

You will provide strategic analyses, performance reporting, and exceptional customer service while coordinating with the Account Manager and Marketing to grow the territory.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to renew and retain client book of business.
• Strong analytical skills for claims data and reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Benefit Coordinators and decision makers.
• Lead pre-renewal discussions and renewal negotiations.
• Provide strategic reviews and performance reporting.
• Coordinate with Account Manager to address service issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Present TXHB products and assist brokers/consultants with presentations.
• Maintain thorough documentation in Salesforce and other systems.
