Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Research and handle questions about benefits, eligibility, payments and other health-insurance related issues.
• Provide accurate information to customers and managers.
• Document each interaction clearly in the tracking system.
• Manage inquiries via inbound/outbound calls and emails while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Follow set processes and schedules with consistent quality.
