Job summary

Included Health is seeking a Member Care Advocate to support members remotely, helping them understand benefits and access care. You will work within established workflows to resolve issues, guide enrollment steps, and provide high-quality, empathetic service.

New hires complete a 3-week paid training, 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. EST, Monday–Friday, with no planned time off during training. You will document interactions and maintain confidentiality in a secure home office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years healthcare/benefits navigation experience.
• Ability to handle high-volume inbound calls with clear, empathetic communication.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and maintaining member confidentiality.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to learn CRM and proprietary tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide Member-Centered Support in a high-volume environment with empathy.
• Explain benefits, coverage, deductibles, copays, and eligibility details.
• Guide members to in-network providers and update account information.
• Use workflows and scripting to resolve issues end-to-end and educate members.
• Document interactions clearly to enable continuity of care across teams.
