Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or computer technology related field required.
• Four years experience in healthcare or computer technology related field.
• Demonstrated effective leadership and communication skills.
• Demonstrated strong analysis, problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Experience working in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical leadership and direction for department and oversees day-to-day operations of a group of employees.
• Manages budgets and financial assets to achieve objectives.
• Directs work of employees including hiring, goal setting, coaching, and performance management.
• Manages customer, stakeholder, and vendor relationships and expectations.
• Communicates with staff and manages resource allocation to projects to ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Coordinates interdependencies and schedules with other project teams and stakeholders.
• Provides training opportunities to staff for staff competency.
• Ensures adherence to Intermountain support and service management best practices.
• Facilitates creation and management of SLAs and OLAs for assigned applications.
• Defines and monitors application metrics per SLA/OLA and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Coordinates across IS teams to develop and test solutions and drive root-cause analysis.
• Maintains technical support documentation and staff training.
