Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Head of Talent Management Strategy to lead the enterprise talent management strategy, aligning leadership bench strength with business goals and driving succession planning, talent assessments, and performance enablement.

The role partners with senior business leaders and HRBPs to implement a modern talent ecosystem, including Workday Talent Optimization and AI talent matching, while shaping development across critical talent pools.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive talent management experience including HRBP experience.
Experience designing and running enterprise succession planning and talent assessment processes.

Responsibilities

Architect a future-focused talent strategy grounded in value-driven approach.
Operationalize enterprise skills taxonomy and design a Talent Marketplace.
Scale succession planning for executive and critical roles.
Own the enterprise talent assessment methodology and calibration.
Evolve performance management into a high-performance enablement model.
Identify capabilities needed for future business models and develop targeted development strategies.
Partner with People Analytics and Learning to deploy modern talent systems.
