The candidate will lead advanced analytics, AI-powered forecasting, and Planisware-driven models to deliver data-driven, on-demand insights and improve capacity utilization across the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in life sciences, business, or quantitative field.
• Strong background in resource management and portfolio analytics.
• Experience with Planisware and enterprise planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead multi-year strategic vision for R&D resource management.
• Integrate global programs with finance and governance bodies.
• Oversee AI-driven forecasting and Planisware model optimization.
• Drive data integrity, benchmarking, and executive reporting.
• Lead workforce planning and rollout of Named Allocation tools.
• Collaborate with functional heads to resolve bottlenecks and balance capacity.
