Qualifications
- Experience leading Analytics/AI development teams
- Experience delivering enterprise analytics platforms (Power BI, in-house solutions)
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; 8–10+ years post-degree
- 5+ years as Tech Lead / TPM or similar role
- Experience with Agile product operating model
Responsibilities
- Set and drive technical direction for CX predictive algorithms, advanced analytics and insights suites
- Translate roadmaps into scalable architectures and development plans
- Manage budget, resources and vendor relationships
- Collaborate with CX data, enterprise AI and platform teams to align data and analytics capabilities
- Ensure governance, security and regulatory compliance for analytics/AI solutions
- Lead and mentor high-performing cross-functional teams
