Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressive talent management including HRBP experience.
• Experience designing enterprise succession planning and talent assessment processes.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders on leadership bench strength in life sciences.
• Experience building skills-based talent strategies and marketplaces.
• Strong data-driven decision making with People Analytics.

• Collaborate to operationalize enterprise skills taxonomy and the internal Talent Marketplace.
• Scale succession planning for executives and critical roles.
• Own enterprise talent assessment methodology and calibration.
• Evolve performance management with coaching frameworks for career growth.
• Develop capabilities for future business models and key talent segments.
• Partner with HR tech, analytics, and L&D to deploy modern talent systems.
