Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Director, Head of R&D Resource Management to define and scale the global resource strategy across R&D. You will align functional lines, GPTs, and governance to optimize resource allocation and portfolio strategy.

Leading advanced analytics, AI-driven forecasting, and Planisware-driven models, you will drive data trust, capacity planning, and executive decision-making across development stages.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of drug discovery, preclinical, clinical trials, and commercialization lifecycles.
• Experience implementing enterprise resource management software and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the multi-year strategic vision and operating standards for Resource Management across R&D.
• Establish an integrated operational model linking Functional Line Management, GPTs, R&D Finance, and Governance Committees.
• Oversee governance for capacity, demand trade-offs, and bottleneck resolution during portfolio reviews and planning cycles.
• Lead AI-driven forecasting and analytical tooling to inform resource allocation across therapeutic areas.
• Drive data integrity, benchmarked metrics, and on-demand data access for leadership.
