Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition, Performance Marketing to lead recruiting for senior and hard-to-fill roles within a performance marketing organization. This remote role targets US-based candidates, with no visa sponsorship available.

You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring leaders, and help shape processes and tools to support effective hiring. Build proactive pipelines and provide clear visibility into progress and risks.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of recruiting experience in affiliate or performance marketing.
• Proven track record of full-cycle recruiting from intake to close.
• Strong sourcing skills with both inbound and outbound strategies.
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders.
• Experience building a repeatable sourcing framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior and hard-to-fill searches from start to finish.
• Build a proactive talent pipeline ahead of demand.
• Create and maintain the recruiting playbook with scorecards and rubrics.
• Guide and develop the Recruiting Ops Manager.
• Provide leadership with clear reporting on search status and risks.
