Ladders is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition, Affiliate Marketing to lead senior-level hiring in a fast-moving affiliate marketing organization. You will partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to improve recruiting visibility, pipelines, and process efficiency, shaping how talent is sourced, evaluated, and closed.

The role emphasizes owning searches, building proactive pipelines, and developing a scalable recruiting playbook with clear metrics and reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of recruiting experience, preferably in affiliate or performance marketing.
• Proven full-cycle recruiting from first touch to close.
• Strong sourcing skills with both inbound and outbound strategies.
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders.
• Experience building a repeatable sourcing framework.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage senior and hard-to-fill searches from intake through close.
• Build proactive talent pipelines ahead of demand for quick access to candidates.
• Develop and maintain the recruiting playbook, including scorecards and rubrics.
• Guide and mentor the Recruiting Ops Manager to support continuous improvement.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition, Affiliate Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This leader will own senior hiring strategy for a fast-moving affiliate marketing organization, with a focus on filling high-priority roles efficiently and thoughtfully. The position will partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to strengthen the recruiting process, improve visibility, and build stronger pipelines ahead of demand. It is an opportunity to shape how talent is sourced, evaluated, and closed while driving meaningful impact across the business.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually
