Job summary

MediSpend is seeking a Director, Solutions Engineering to lead the function and partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Client Services to drive revenue growth. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in complex opportunities.

You will build scalable processes, coach a high-performing team, translate customer needs into compelling solutions, and present value through demonstrations, workshops, and technical validation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Solutions Engineering teams in enterprise software
• Proven track record supporting complex enterprise software sales
• Ability to translate business challenges into compelling technical solutions

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategy for Solutions Engineering aligned with growth and revenue goals
• Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing Solutions Engineering team
• Partner with Sales to support enterprise opportunities and improve solution-selling capabilities
• Serve as an executive-level Solutions Engineering partner on strategic sales opportunities
• Define scalable processes for discovery, solution design, demos, technical validation, and RFPs/RFIs
