Job summary

Credit Acceptance Corporation is seeking a Manager of Sales Analytics and Reporting to lead the analytics team, develop the analytics roadmap, and provide executive-level insights that drive sales growth and profitability. This role partners with Finance, BI, Product, and Sales Leadership to ensure accurate, timely reporting and actionable recommendations.

The position offers the option to work from home with occasional travel to the Southfield, MI office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years in Sales Strategy, Analytics, or Revenue Operations.
• Experience leading analytics, dashboards, or reporting functions.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales analytics function, overseeing a team of Sales Analysts.
• Develop and execute the Sales Strategy & Analytics roadmap.
• Provide strategic insights to improve sales performance and profitability.
• Partner with Finance, Sales Leadership, Product, and BI to align priorities.
