Responsibilities

• Manage multiple teams in processing new patient referrals, insurance benefit investigation, prior authorizations, billing, and collections.
• Allocate resources to meet KPIs and monitor workload distribution.
• Maintain focus on achieving financial and departmental metrics.
• Coach and mentor Supervisors with annual reviews and performance counseling.
• Monitor payroll accuracy and ensure proper processing.
• Act as escalation point for franchises and patients.
