Qualifications

• Bachelor021s degree in business, accounting, or similar discipline, with 10 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience and 5 years of leadership in a home infusion setting.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities in a high-growth environment.
• Experience with payer enrollment, billing and collections processes, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor operational and individual metrics to ensure the team is trained and aligned on revenue cycle priorities.
• Oversee deposits, reconciliations, adjustments, refunds, and data integrity of the revenue system.
• Define analytics and audit processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead staffing, interviews, training, and development of the RCM team to achieve financial metrics.
• Provide mentoring to develop the next-level leadership team through effective communication and accountability.
• Develop staffing plans within budget to achieve financial goals.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
