Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking a qualified supervisor to lead the Reimbursement team. You will oversee intake, insurance verification, prior authorizations, billing, and collections across franchise partners and patients.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in business, 3+ years of supervisory experience, and proficiency with CareTend and RCM Portal. You will drive process improvements, training, and service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of infusion setting experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisor experience required.
• Knowledge of Vital Care systems: CareTend and RCM Portal.
• Knowledge of payer compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise processing of new patient referrals, insurance verifications, authorizations, billing, and collections.
• Manage Reimbursement Specialist schedules to meet KPIs and balance workload.
• Escalate franchise partner or patient complaints as needed.
• Maintain operating procedures for quality and performance expectations.
• Monitor results for quality and productivity; identify improvements.
• Collaborate with Payor/Benefit programs to resolve missing claims.
• Enforce customer service standards and train staff accordingly.
• Balance workload and guide staff in billing and authorizations.
• Audit transactions and correct/re-submit rejections.
• Interview, hire, train, and mentor department staff; set metrics.
• Provide performance feedback and maintain positive employer relations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
