Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services seeks a proactive Reimbursement Supervisor to lead a team handling referrals, insurance verification, prior authorizations, billing, and collections. You will drive KPIs, supervise staff, and partner with payors and franchise partners to optimize reimbursement processes.

You will implement procedures, train teammates, and balance workload to ensure accurate, timely claims, while maintaining a patient‑centric service culture across our U.S. infusion network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years infusion setting experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of supervision experience required.
• Knowledge of Vital Care systems and payer compliance.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee processing of new patient referrals, insurance verification, prior authorizations, billing, and collections.
• Schedule Reimbursement Specialist and monitor workload to meet KPIs.
• Escalate franchise partner or patient complaints.
• Implement operating procedures for quality and compliance.
• Mentor staff and develop performance metrics.
