Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition.
• Proven track record managing large media budgets with strong efficiency outcomes.
• Experience in DTC and/or omnichannel retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the paid media strategy across digital and offline channels.
• Own end-to-end media function to drive scalable growth.
• Build and lead an in-house media team and integrate data-driven insights.
• Partner with executive leadership to shape growth strategy and investments.
