Job summary

Lovevery is seeking a Sr. Director of Performance Marketing to lead our paid acquisition strategy across North America, Europe, and APAC.

This role owns a multi-million dollar global ad investment and is directly responsible for driving growth from immediate performance to long-term business outcomes. You'll lead a team handling day-to-day media operations and strategic tests, shape platform optimization, ad creative, and channel strategy, while building rigorous analytics to explain what works

Qualifications

10+ years of performance marketing experience with managing multi-million dollar budgets.
Experience leading performance marketing across international markets.
Deep expertise across major paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok) with operational know-how.
Strong analytical fluency with attribution, MMM and incrementality testing.

Responsibilities

Own performance marketing across North America, Europe, and APAC with budget allocation and pacing for short- and long-term growth.
Lead day-to-day media operations across core channels; optimize campaigns and rapidly respond to performance issues.
Collaborate with creative to ideate and iterate on ad content using performance data and market trends.
Build analytics structures from campaign metrics to marketing mix across timeframes for quick troubleshooting.
