Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Head of People to lead a broad, multi-site People organization for a large, distributed client account.

You will shape strategy across operations, development, analytics and HR partnerships, aligning workforce and leadership with client commitments and growth. You will advise executives on organization health, workforce risk, and compensation while driving transformation and scalable programs across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 10+ years in progressive People/HR roles with leadership
• Experience leading multiple People disciplines through managers or senior contributors
• Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, and technical services workforce with distributed locations
• Executive-level consulting and influencing capability to turn issues into clear People strategies
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and talent development
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with workforce data and dashboards
• Ability to lead transformation across processes, technology and operating models
• Ability to communicate sensitive information with executives and employees and influence stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end People strategy across the account lifecycle.
• Direct People Operations, L&D, Analytics & Change, and People Partners; set operating rhythms and accountability.
• Partner with TA and Communications to align workforce plans and recruiting strategy.
• Advise account executives on organization health, talent, and risk; translate issues into actionable strategies.
• Oversee readiness and strategic workforce planning; design staffing and leadership pipelines.
• Drive talent and leadership strategy; ensure learning investments address critical capabilities.
• Use People analytics to drive business decisions with meaningful dashboards and trends.
• Lead People operations, standardization, onboarding, timekeeping, and related processes.
• Manage employee, labor and organizational risk with Legal and HR centers of expertise.
• Convert client requests into viable, compliant solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Provide governance and executive reporting for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.
• Lead change and transformation; ensure readiness and governance for sustainability.
• Build business cases for headcount, technology, learning, and programs; align with budgets.
• Develop the People organization and leadership; ensure capacity aligns with growth.
• Travel approximately 35% to sites, meetings and engagements.
