Responsabilités

• Lead the end-to-end People strategy across the employee lifecycle.
• Direct People Operations, Learning & Development, Analytics and Business Partners.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Communications to align workforce plans.
• Advise executives on organization health, leadership, labor and employee relations.
• Own organization readiness and strategic workforce planning for growth.
• Drive talent and leadership strategy, succession planning and development.
• Use People analytics to inform business decisions with dashboards and insights.
• Oversee governance, automation and standardization of onboarding and support processes.
• Manage employee risk, investigations and performance in collaboration with Legal.
• Translate client requests into viable, scalable People solutions.
• Provide governance and executive reporting for leadership reviews.
• Lead change and transformation, ensuring readiness and adoption.
• Build the People organization with a high-performing, inclusive team.
• Travel approximately 35% to sites and meetings.
