CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Head of People to lead the client account's People strategy across operations, learning, analytics and business partner functions. The role serves as a strategic advisor to account leaders and requires regular travel to sites and leadership meetings.

You will build an end-to-end operating model, drive organizational design, workforce planning and change initiatives, and partner with Talent Acquisition and Communications to align talent with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 10+ years of progressive People/HR experience.
• Experience leading multiple People disciplines through managers or senior staff.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, or operational workforce.
• Executive-level consulting and influencing capability.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, workforce planning, and change management.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end People strategy and operating model for the account.
• Oversee People Operations, Learning & Development, Analytics/Change, and HRBP teams.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Communications on workforce plans and messaging.
• Advise executives on organization health, risk, and workforce decisions.
• Drive transformation, governance, and scalable processes across sites.
