• Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional partners, offering expert guidance on complex business challenges and opportunities.
• Champion best practices and introduce innovative ideas to leadership, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Supervise People Business Partners globally, overseeing their training, development, and recruitment efforts to build a high-performing team.
• Balance broad change with realistic goals and implementation plans.
