Job summary

W3Global is seeking a Head of Paid Media to lead our paid advertising department and drive campaign performance for a diverse client base. The role requires deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, attribution, and optimization, with the ability to guide strategy and build scalable processes.

You will manage relationships with senior client stakeholders, mentor a growing team, and shape the department's growth trajectory while maintaining a focus on measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years paid advertising experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• 3+ years in team leadership or client-facing strategy roles.
• Experience managing significant monthly advertising budgets.
• Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee paid advertising strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and others.
• Own performance and operations of the paid media department.
• Design campaign structures, targeting, and attribution systems.
• Lead client meetings, reporting, and strategy discussions.
