Job summary

Property Leads is seeking a Head of Paid Media to own and scale our paid acquisition engine. This hands-on role blends strong media buying expertise with creative instincts, operational discipline, and a bias toward action.

The primary focus is paid social, creative performance, and building systems that scale spend while maintaining strong ROAS and lead quality. You will own strategy across paid social, search, native, display, CTV, and emerging channels, remaining hands-on in Meta and other

Qualifications

• 7+ years of performance marketing experience.
• Experience managing $10M+ in annual paid media spend.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Meta and paid social.
• Proven success scaling lead generation campaigns.
• Strong creative judgment and performance creative.
• Excited about using AI and automation to improve the creative process.
• Highly analytical with structured experiments.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
• High ownership mentality with proactive communication.
• Autonomous, fast-moving with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy and execution across paid social, search, native, display, CTV, and emerging channels.
• Remain hands-on in Meta and other advertising platforms.
• Own the performance creative process end-to-end.
• Use AI to increase creative output, speed, variation, and testing velocity.
• Build a repeatable system for producing, testing, learning from, and scaling winning creative.
• Develop disciplined testing frameworks across creative, audiences, offers, landing pages, and media strategy.
• Forecast, budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Provide leadership updates on what works and next steps.
