Mission Lane is seeking a Manager, Paid Acquisition & Investment to lead day-to-day paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat, reporting to the Director, Growth.

In this remote, growth-focused role, you will own budgets, optimize CAC/CPA/ROAS, run rigorous A/B tests, and translate strategy into precise campaigns that accelerate customer acquisition. Mission Lane offers a remote-first environment and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media management in analytics-driven environments.
• Proven SME independently managing ad budgets and hitting CAC/CPA/ROAS targets.
• Expert knowledge of platform levers, bidding strategies and audience targeting.
• Experience designing, running and measuring complex A/B tests for paid media.
• Willingness to travel ~4+ times per year for in-person collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own campaign execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat from build to launch and optimization.
• Autonomously manage advertising budgets and pacing to hit CAC targets.
• Translate marketing strategy into reliable campaign execution with creative teams.
• Drive a rigorous testing roadmap and translate data into strategic decisions.
