Job summary

Keyrock is seeking a Head of Engineering / Engineering Lead for our Options team. You will lead a ~7-person group, shape the trading infrastructure, and own the Rust-native platform.

Candidates should have 7+ years in systematic options trading or low-latency systems, strong Rust/C/C++, and experience with trading workflows, risk controls, and production reliability. The role emphasizes collaboration with traders, quants, risk and infra, with flexible hours and remote-friendly arrangements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in systematic trading or low-latency trading systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with Rust, C++, or C.
• Familiarity with trading workflows, risk controls and production reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow an Options Engineering team of around 7 engineers.
• Own and evolve a Rust-native systematic options trading platform, including automated quoting and execution.
• Provide technical direction across trading infrastructure, system design, performance and risk controls.
