Job summary

Keyrock is seeking a Head of Engineering / Engineering Lead with strong systematic options trading experience to lead the Options Engineering team. You will drive continuous improvement across trading infrastructure, automated quoting, execution, risk controls, pricing workflows and production reliability.

We welcome candidates based in European time zones or the US East Coast time zone, with a predominantly remote work setup and regional hubs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in systematic trading, options market-making or low-latency trading.
• Strong hands-on Rust, C++, or C; willingness to deepen Rust expertise.
• Deep understanding of automated quoting, execution, pricing and risk controls.
• Experience with low-latency trading systems and production databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead an Options Engineering team of ~7 engineers.
• Shape direction for trading infrastructure, system design and reliability.
• Advance a Rust-native systematic options platform and tooling.
• Collaborate with traders, quants, product, risk and infra stakeholders.
