Keyrock is seeking a Head of Engineering for its Options Engineering team. This role is pivotal in driving the evolution of our systematic options trading platform, overseeing a team of 7 engineers, and improving trading infrastructure. Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of experience in systematic trading, be proficient in Rust and C++, and possess strong leadership qualities. This position offers remote flexibility within US Eastern time zones or European time zones.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in systematic trading, options market-making, or trading systems.
• Experience with Rust, C++, or C is required.
• Understanding of algorithmic options trading processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead Options Engineering team of around 7 engineers.
