Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Head of the Office of Operations to drive enterprise-wide execution and operational excellence. This remote role reports to the COO and focuses on transforming healthcare technology operations across the United States.

You will translate priorities into actionable plans, develop governance frameworks, and partner with executive leadership to accelerate strategic initiatives while improving efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, transformation, or strategy execution.
• Experience developing performance management systems and dashboards.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into actionable operational plans and measurable outcomes.
• Establish enterprise operating rhythms, governance, and executive reporting processes.
• Lead enterprise-wide initiatives, align stakeholders, allocate resources, and mitigate risks.
• Design and oversee KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards to monitor progress.
• Provide data-driven insights to improve service delivery, financial performance, and workforce effectiveness.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability across departments.
