Job summary

HealthEdge seeks a Director of Global Operations Source and Transformation to unify onshore and offshore teams into a high-performing, globally aligned function. This role builds a common language of performance, removes barriers, and enables international teams to deliver across claims, enrollment, provider, billing, and customer service.

You will drive cross-functional readiness, measure success, and foster a one-team culture across time zones to optimize growth, cost, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Build a common language across onshore and offshore teams to ensure shared expectations.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable steps for offshore execution.
• Facilitate regular communication between global teams and domestic leadership.
• Ensure offshore teams have equal access to training, documentation, and support as onshore teams.
• Identify and resolve barriers (system access, time zone alignment, performance processes) that limit offshore effectiveness.
• Partner with L&D to ensure offshore knowledge transfer and tailored training.
• Monitor and support offshore contributions to meet or exceed contractual performance standards.
• Highlight offshore innovations (process improvements, accuracy models) for broader adoption.
• Ensure consistent performance management across onshore and offshore staff (no two-tier standards).
• Champion the shift to a shared-services model and prepare international resources for scale.
• Foster a one-team culture across geographies and advocate for offshore talent at leadership levels.
