Job summary

True Rx Health Strategists is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to join our Executive Leadership Team and help shape the next chapter of growth for our organization. This is a remote role within the United States, with periodic travel for onboarding and leadership meetings.

The COO will lead high-performing teams, drive strategic planning, and advance operational excellence while maintaining a patient-focused approach and strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare, PBM, or related industry.
• 10+ years of executive or senior leadership experience.
• Proven track record leading growth, transformation and performance improvements.
• Experience guiding complex organizations through change and expansion.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated success developing teams and driving organizational performance.

Responsibilities
