Job summary

GoMining is seeking an Engineering Director to own the technology platform behind the GoMining ecosystem, combining deep engineering expertise with strong product and business thinking. You will own the Platform end-to-end, including strategy, architecture, reliability, and how it accelerates the business.

You will lead the Platform engineering organization, shape team structure and priorities, and foster a culture of ownership and high performance while enabling cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Experience as Engineering Director or similar senior leadership role.
• Strong technical background with architecture and platform decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own technology strategy, architecture, and roadmap for the GoMining Platform.
• Build scalable shared infrastructure across products and teams.
• Define centralized vs. product-team capabilities and drive major architectural decisions.
• Improve platform reliability, SLAs, and incident-management practices.
• Lead the Platform engineering organization, staffing and performance.
• Embed AI-first workflows and AI-driven velocity improvements across engineering.
