Job summary

GoMining is seeking a General Manager to own the Cards direction end-to-end, including strategy, P&L, product, and team. You will drive growth, profitability, and performance with a data-driven approach.

You will own the card program lifecycle from issuance to everyday spending, manage external providers, and lead a fast-moving, remote- or hybrid-enabled engineering team across international teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end card programs and strategy.
• Strong P&L ownership and growth mindset.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fintech/payments.

Responsibilities

• Own Cards business strategy, P&L, and roadmap.
• Manage relationships with card infra providers and vendors.
• Lead engineering and product teams behind the Cards direction.
• Drive profitability, unit economics, and activation metrics.
• Collaborate with Growth on acquisition and engagement.
