Job summary

CardioOne is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead a hands-on, strategic team building AI-enabled healthcare technology. You will drive platform architecture, security, and data integrations while shaping product delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

Remote role with focus on scalable, compliant systems; 15+ years of engineering leadership in regulated environments required, with expertise in Java, SQL, React, Power BI and Snowflake.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading engineering teams in regulated or data-intensive environments.
• Extensive healthcare IT experience with full-stack leadership.
• Proficiency in Java, MS SQL, ReactJS, Power BI and Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Define technology strategy and architecture for scalable, secure, AI-enabled healthcare IT solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end software delivery, driving velocity, reliability, and security.
• Manage budgets and resource allocation for engineering projects.
• Lead hiring, mentoring, and culture to build a high-performing team.
