Role:

Senior Director of Software Engineering leading a globally distributed team across US, India, and Poland, focusing on scalable, AI-enabled software solutions for healthcare applications.

Responsibilities:

• define and execute AI-first engineering strategy, establish technical standards and architecture principles, oversee full software development lifecycle, and drive adoption of cloud-native, DevSecOps, automation, and quality practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, clinical, quality, security, regulatory, and business stakeholders to translate customer needs into technical outcomes, influence product roadmaps, and ensure software compliance and operational excellence.
• Develop engineering leadership by hiring, mentoring, and building a consistent global operating model.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field;
• 10+ years in software engineering with experience in distributed systems, cloud services, and scalable architectures;
• proficiency in object-oriented programming (C++, Java or similar);
• extensive leadership experience leading global teams;
