Job summary

Ethos is a remote-friendly expert network that collaborates with leading labs to train language models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. We seek heads of guest experience with 4+ years in real estate, hospitality, or events to craft and refine AI-generated materials.

This remote, flexible role offers 5–20 hours per week (or more) with compensation at $70/hour and ASAP start. Candidates will work across property listings, lease abstracts, run-of-show logistics, and banquet

Qualifications

• Direct experience producing property listing packages, lease abstract summaries, or venue sourcing proposals for a real estate, hospitality, or events organization
• Hands-on command of event run-of-show scheduling, banquet event orders, and the guest experience service standards that define premium hospitality
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows
• Produce property listing packages
• Prepare lease abstract summaries
• Develop venue sourcing proposals
• Define guest experience service standards
• Draft banquet event orders
