Ethos is seeking experienced directors of events to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks related to real estate, hospitality, and events. The role focuses on creating and refining AI-generated content for property listings, lease summaries, and venue sourcing proposals, with a strong emphasis on quality and detail.

Qualifications

• Direct experience producing property listing packages, lease abstracts, or venue sourcing proposals for real estate, hospitality, or events.
• Hands-on command of run-of-show scheduling, banquet event orders, and guest experience standards that define premium hospitality.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
