Job summary

Ethos is seeking hospitality operations managers to help train an AI lab on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will craft property listing packages, lease abstracts, and venue sourcing proposals with expert-level document craftsmanship, ensuring premium hospitality standards across events and services.

The role is fully remote in the United States, requires 4+ years in real estate, hospitality operations, or events, and offers flexible 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Direct experience producing property listing packages for real estate, hospitality, or events organizations.
• Hands-on command of lease abstract summaries and venue sourcing proposals.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (property listings, lease abstracts, event run-of-show).
• Develop and maintain high standards for guest experience services and banquet event orders.
• Collaborate with Ethos and external teams to align on deliverables and quality.
