Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced real estate professionals to help train an AI model on property listings, lease abstracts, and venue sourcing proposals. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows for property listings, lease abstracts, event run-of-show schedules, and guest experience standards.

Flexible, fully remote engagement with 5–20 hours per week and ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Direct experience producing property listing packages, lease abstract summaries, or venue sourcing proposals for a real estate, hospitality, or events organization
• Hands-on command of event run-of-show scheduling, banquet event orders, and the guest experience service standards that define premium hospitality
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Produce property listing packages, lease abstracts, or venue sourcing proposals for relevant organizations
• Manage event run-of-show scheduling and banquet event orders to ensure premium guest experiences
